At the airport of the capital of Canada passenger plane went beyond of the runway

Embraer ERJ 145 aircraft airlines United Express flying from Washington to Ottawa.
On board the plane, which skidded off the runway were 36 passengers, three of whom received minor injuries.

The reasons for the incident are clarified, presumably that they were bad weather conditions.
